- Analysis of tender or quotation process. We will analyse the request in terms of content; analyse the opportunities and risks; and advise on the strategy to be followed within the context of your organisation. These form the basis for the Go/No Go advice.
- Management bid processes. After analysis, you will receive a time estimate for managing the bid process. It will include an outline of the agreed tasks such as delivery of the relevant documents for the bid, maintaining the contacts with the client and sub-contractors, managing and editing the bid document and designing the entire planning process. These collaborative agreements form the foundation to achieve the desired outcome: the timely submission of a complete bid that is checked and monitored down to the last detail.
